Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed and stuck in a life they aren't enjoying. For some it is situational, and for others it seems life long. All they're looking for is support, new ways of viewing life, or help in dealing with trauma. My approach is to collaborate with clients to assist them in overcoming barriers to the life they envision.
